UCF Pegasus Mission Statement:

Students working together in a positive, self-reflective manner to produce a comfortable social setting, a non-critical and educational performing environment, a humble and cooperative work area, a love for our university, and one of the best winter guards in the country.

Who we are:
Pegasus Winter Guard is a not-for-profit youth organization dedicated to the promotion of independent colorguard in the Central Florida area; as well as building connections with our fellow performing arts community and the general public. The fundamental mission of Pegasus is to provide performers with the instruction to achieve excellence through the art of winter colorguard. We strive to make this an educational experience for all members; as well as offer a competitive arena in which to grow.

Pegasus Winter Guard started in 2012 to provide a continued marching opportunity for those Fall members who wanted to perform in the winter season. UCF Pegasus won both WGI Florida Regional Competitions, their own FFCC Championships, and placed in the top 5 Independent A Winter Guards at the 2012 WGI Winter Guard Championships. Our goal this year is to continue our growth and success while providing a quality program based at the college.
